Crystone Stone Paint Application Conditions · Stone paint spray gun required · Environment condition required: 5℃-40℃, <85% Relative Humility · Not to be applied in extreme weather · Base render façade must be firm, clean and level · Water content less than 10% · PH value less than 10% · High quality putty is recommended · Storage: Sealed in cool and dry place with temperature 5℃~35℃. Shelf time: 12 Months · No dilution needed · Recommended not to mix different paint batches for large areas

Stone Paint Application Procedures
1. Prepare substrate with putty if necessary
· Base is recommended to be solid, smooth, dry and clean
2. Apply primer coat
· Application dosage needed: 0.1~0.2kg/㎡ (achieved by brushing over for 1~2 times)
· Tool required: Wool Brush/roller /sprayer
· Recoating time: no less than 1 hour
· Dry to touch time: 1 hours; Dry hard time: 12 hours (under environment temperature 25℃)
· Primer coat helps to seal the substrate and keep it alkali resistant and penetration resistant
3. Apply Crystone stone paint
· Dosage needed: 3.5-5.0kg/㎡ with 2mm thickness (achieved by spraying over for 2~3 times)
· Tool required: Stone paint sprayer
· Recoating time: no less than 24 hours
· Dry to touch time: 2 hours; Dry hard time: 48 hours (under environment temperature 25℃)
· Spraying distance to wall is recommended to be 50-80cm
4. Apply top coat
· Dosage needed: 0.15-0.3kg/㎡ (achieved by brushing over for 1~2 times)
· Tool required: Wool Brush/roller/sprayer
· Recoating time: no less than 1 hour
· Dry to touch time: 1 hours; Dry hard time: 24 hours (under environment temperature 25℃)
· Polish the sharp sands or angles on stone paint layer before spraying the top coat if necessary
· Top coat helps to keep Crystone stone paint waterproof, weather-resistant and dustproof
